WHY HDMI™?

methods would allow.

FILM JUDDER CANCELLER

Converting film from the original 24 frames per second
(fps) introduces an error called ‘film judder’, which is
particularly apparent in fast panning and high motion
shots. Active Vision M100 HD eliminates the problem
by introducing new frames in place of the duplicated
frames that caused the original error.
CINEMA-LIKE FEEL
The latest 24 frames per second (24fps) image
processing technology utilises our unique 360º motion
estimation to create new frames and insert them into
24fps content, allowing it to be output at the native
frame rate of the LCD panel.
5:5 OUTPUT
The REGZA ZF series features 5:5 pull down for the
purest reproduction of film. Each of the original 24
frames is replicated exactly and then repeated 5 times
in 1/24 of a second to deliver the 24fps quality of
cinema, but with the smooth, flicker-free image
transition of 120Hz picture processing. This technology
is another reason why the REGZA ZF series is perfect
for displaying the highly detailed, vibrant images offered
by HD DVD.
